About Me

Zach considers himself fortunate to have been raised in the amazing community of Steamboat. Growing up in the Yampa Valley, he has developed many friendships and connections that have translated into the real estate world. The decision to enter the real estate industry was a no-brainer, as both of his parents have been practicing since 1991. He takes great pride in being a second-generation Steamboat realtor continuing his family’s legacy.

Joining the family business in 2017 as an assistant, he quickly found a love for sharing the passion for his hometown with buyers and sellers and sharing in their personal goals. Since 2019, he has sold $15 million in sales volume, including residential, land, industrial, commercial and fractional ownerships.

However, Zach took some professional detours along the way before finding his calling. After graduating from Colorado State University, he went on a two-month solo hostel trip to Europe. He worked in Denver for three years at some of the largest recruiting firms in the world.

Zach is involved with his community and serves on the Routt County Humane Society Board, the Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center’s Junior Leadership Development Council and the MLS Board for ALTITUDE Realtors.

Zach enjoys hiking, camping, paddleboarding, golfing, skiing, hanging at the breweries, playing tennis, pickleball and cheering on all Colorado professional sports teams! He is getting married to his fiancé, Shelby, this year and has the goofiest black lab/hound mix Dallas who loves to go on our adventures!
